I'm thinking from most of the photos I've seem, that a fitted black dress would be a very good idea for Francesca. I think she would also wear a jacket or professional looking blouse over it. At first I was thinking stiletto heals, but also considering the fact that Francesca is a women of power, she might wear a more professional shoe like a pump. This is just one costume idea though.

Costume Idea #1
